How it works
Four steps. No surprises.
Everything starts with a conversation, not a contract. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out.
You tell us your situation
Fill out the contact form, call, or text. What you're driving, what you're worried about, what paperwork is on your desk. No charge for the hello.
We review your paperwork
You send us the documents — the service contract, the GAP disclosure, your declarations page. We read all of it. The whole thing. Including the parts printed small on purpose.
You get a written recommendation
A plain-English write-up: what's worth buying, what isn't, and why — plus a fixed fee quote for the work. You approve it in writing before anything starts.
We guide you through it
We sit with the paperwork — the purchase, the renewal negotiation, the claim filing — until it's signed, filed, or resolved. You stay in the driver's seat; we're just reading the map.
Our rule
If it's not worth it, we say so
Sometimes the right advice is "don't buy the warranty" or "your rate is already the best one." We give that advice anyway. That's the whole point of a shield — it goes between you and the thing that would hurt you, even when the thing is a bad deal.
